Giorgio started in the catering business at the age of 16 working for the Charles Forte Hotel group where he worked until 1996.
In need of a change Giorgio moved to London and started to work at Antonio Carluccio’s Neal Street restaurant as a barman and wine waiter.
Giorgio left the Neal Street restaurant to go to work as a barman for chef Gennaro Contaldo at his Passione restaurant in Charlotte Street.
Giorgio was promoted to the position of assistant manager at Passione.
Today he is manager and joint owner with chef Mario Magli of their own restaurant 500 along the Holloway Road.
